Welcome to Mann Brown Studio. By accessing or using our website, services, or engaging in business with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Mann Brown Studio provides photography services, including but not limited to fashion photography, portrait photography, lookbooks, and editorial photography.

2. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• Full payment must be made prior to or on the day of the scheduled service unless otherwise agreed.

• Full payment is due immediately for any services priced at $1,000 or less and for any services booked less than one week before the scheduled start date.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Intellectual Property

• All photographs and content created by Mann Brown Studio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients may use purchased photographs for personal or commercial purposes as outlined in their contract.

• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our images is prohibited.

4. Liability

• Mann Brown Studio is not responsible for any personal or property damages during a photoshoot.

• We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances, such as technical failures or force majeure events.

5. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Reshoots may be offered at our discretion.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
